Elbow Beach ferry - fast and nice
Elbow Beach ferry is foranyone. If you're of an adventurous frame of mind, and have time to spare, you can revert to the mode of transportation that islanders used before the advent of air travel: Elbow Beach ferry and the traditional mailboats.
Although fast, modern, air-conditioned Elbow Beach ferry now make some of the trips, some of the more remote destinations are still served by slow, old-fashioned craft with few amenities. Within the $loc ferry, it has the most, and most comfortable, options for island-hopping, that offer food and beverages served by cabin attendants.

Elbow Beach ferry - a good transportation choice
Being an island the ideal way to explore Bermuda is by sea and there is an excellent ferry service, Sea Express. Residents find this a reliable mode of transport and often a faster alternative to the buses. Ferries connect Hamilton with Paget, Warwick and the Somerset/Dockyard area. There are some seasonal routes but there are three year round ferry routes: Pink Route (Hamilton-Paget-Warwick; USD 2.50 each way); Green Route (Hamilton-Rockaway; USD 4 each way); Blue Route (Hamilton-West End (Somerset)-Dockyard; USD 4 each way). Remember to consult with their website for updated route and rates information. There is no direct access to Elbow Beach by boat, but you can do an exciting 2-hour tour around the whole island onboard the Wildcat power catamaran (USD 65 for a 2 hour ride; available in season at 10am and 2pm).
